Vincent is co-founder and Director of e-Frontiers. Vincent has over 15 years commercial software engineering experience in the Dublin market. The majority of his experience has been using Java technologies, C++ and SQL. He has worked for financial institutions, AIB and Aviva and also founded a technology start in 2000. Vincent founded e-Frontiers due to the poor experience he had with traditional recruitment companies. The Recruitment team uses Vincent IT knowledge to save clients time in the recruitment process, and offer a better service to candidates.
Roxana Sandu is an e-Frontiers Recruitment Consultant based in Bucharest, Romania.
She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (French) and chose to work in IT recruitment as she feels this is a sector that has the most impact on our lives. She lived in Dublin for over seven years and had a really good experience here, becoming “half” Irish. Elisa Cullen is a Recruitment Consultant at e-Frontiers based in Dublin, Ireland. She completed her undergraduate degree in International languages (Spanish & French) at University College Dublin in 2017. She gained her first experience as an Account Manager and then as a Buyer.
