Vincent is co-founder and Director of e-Frontiers. Vincent has over 15 years commercial software engineering experience in the Dublin market. The majority of his experience has been using Java technologies, C++ and SQL. He has worked for financial institutions, AIB and Aviva and also founded a technology start in 2000. Vincent founded e-Frontiers due to the poor experience he had with traditional recruitment companies. The Recruitment team uses Vincent IT knowledge to save clients time in the recruitment process, and offer a better service to candidates.
Roxana Sandu is our Contractor Onboarding Specialist, starting in this role in 2022. She is based in our office in Bucharest. Roxana has been with E-Frontiers for over 10 years, previously recruiting for multinationals, SMEs, and startups in both Romania and Ireland, where she lived for 7 years. In her current role, Roxana ensures a seamless and efficient transition for contractors into their new companies. Roxana is responsible for all aspects of contract management for renewals and new placements, including letters of engagement, payment terms, payroll, timesheets and database management. She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (French).
Trish is a Principal Recruitment Consultant and Contracts Manager with E-Frontiers. She has over 24 years of experience in IT and management recruitment. She holds a diploma in Business Studies from Michael Smurfit UCD, a degree in Sociology from the National College of Ireland, and a certificate in Industrial Law.
Trish is a veritable expert on all aspects of contracting and will skillfully guide you through the process from start to end. Trish recruits senior Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Automation Test Engineers.
Emma joins us as a Principal Consultant within the Product, Design, and Data space. She has over eight years of experience as a technical recruitment consultant covering both permanent and contract appointments in Ireland and internationally. She has partnered exclusively with clients across a variety of industries including, Tourism, Education, Healthcare, Finance, and Technology, and has a fine-tuned process, ensuring a quality experience for both the hiring team and candidates alike.
She has a personal interest in technology having completed a B.Sc in Enterprise Computing from DCU and enjoys learning about new trends in the market. Outside of recruitment, Emma loves hiking, a hobby she picked up when living in New Zealand for seven years. She now has a long bucket list of hikes to complete here…
Alejandro is part of our Spanish division and is a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Madrid, focusing on Data and Python IT jobs. He holds a degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Human Resources and People Analytics.
He speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Russian. He has extensive experience in recruitment and HR transformation programs, HR analytics, and employer branding actions. Alejandro is looking for the best candidates to provide a high-quality service to our clients and to fill IT jobs such as Python, PHP Developers, Elixir Developers, Go Developers, Designers -Graphic, UX/UI, Data Engineers, and Cybersecurity. Alejandro is also an accomplished author, writing many books.
Alfonso is a Recruitment Consultant based in our Madrid office who specialises in Infrastructure, QA, and sales jobs. Alfonso has over 6 years’ of experience in recruitment. His goals in this area are to make an impact on people’s lives by finding them their perfect match in their professional careers. Alfonso holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Alfonso joined E-Frontiers in June 2021 and focuses on IT jobs such as DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineers, Infrastructure, DBA, QA Manual & QA Automation, SysAdmin and Support Engineers.
Ernesto joined E-Frontiers in 2022 as an IT Recruitment Consultant based in Madrid. He has worked in the sector for 2 years on roles such as Networks, Cybersecurity, Sysadmin, Host, infrastructures, Backend, and Middleware developers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and Work Relations from the Universidad de Salamanca (USAL). At E-Frontiers, he focuses on sourcing talent for IT jobs including C++, RoR Mobile Development, SAP ABAP development and Project Management.
Lisa is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with E-Frontiers, joining us in 2021. Lisa is part of the permanent software engineering and data team based in Dublin, responsible for hiring software engineers. Her focus is on IT jobs for Frontend, Full Stack, Adobe, and Python Developers. She has several years of experience in a mix of sectors and customer-facing roles in recruitment, relocation, and research. Lisa holds an MBA in General Business from Dublin Business School and a B.A in Languages from UCD. Outside of work, Lisa loves to travel, enjoys pilates, and has a passion for cooking and baking.
John is an experienced Technical Recruiter with more than 5 years of experience recruiting in the Tech Industry hiring Software Engineers from start-ups to multinationals. John began his career in CPL in 2009, then spent 1.5 years working in Sydney, Australia and has been with e-Frontiers since 2012. John has a Degree in Business Studies from DIT and a Masters in HRM from DCU. At the moment, John is leading an excellent team of 5 Technical Recruiters developing their skills and helping them maximise their sales potential.
John is heavily focused on Client Relationship Management and also hires Software Engineers who specialise in Python and C++.
Paula joined E-Frontiers in 2022 when she moved back to Ireland after 7 years living in New Zealand. She is a Senior IT recruitment consultant specialising in IT jobs in PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java and Mobile Development. Paula’s strengths lie in her focus on effective communication, high levels of delivery, and an understanding of both the client‘s and candidate’s needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Paula’s previous experience in physiotherapy and in-house recruitment roles means she possesses excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Paula is an avid reader with her kindle never being too far away! She also loves to keep fit in the gym and running.
