We're hiring a Senior Front End Developer to join a major digital transformation programme at Dublin Airport. Our client operates critical national infrastructure and is investing heavily in innovative web and mobile solutions to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
As a Senior Front End Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in building high-performance, user-centric web applications that directly support the airport's growth strategy. This is an opportunity to shape modern digital experiences at scale, influencing architecture, performance, accessibility, and best practice across the front-end ecosystem.
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using React and Next.js.
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, production-ready code.
Optimise applications for speed, SEO, and scalability (SSR/SSG).
Integrate front-end solutions with headless CMS platforms and internal/external APIs.
Champion front-end best practices including accessibility (WCAG), modular architecture, and state management.
5+ years' experience as a Front End Developer delivering large-scale production applications.
Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Strong experience with modern CSS: Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components.
Skilled in state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand) and data fetching (React Query/SWR).
Comfortable working in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
