HRIS Architect

I am looking for a HR Systems Architect to Analyse, Design and Implement of our clients HRIS Platforms.

Some of the tasks include, but not limited to:
- Analysing and designing the HRIS for the organisation and oversee projects
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the systems/processes
- Recommend solutions for improving the efficiency of data collection and reporting procedures
- Recommending and implementing more complex systems and technology solutions
- Leading process improvements
Who are we looking for:
- Degree in Computer science or related subject
- Client facing skills
- People management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Problem solving skills and business process improvement experience
- Experience in HR Policies, standards and procedures
