We are on the lookout for a Frontend Developer to join an asset management firm. You will be working within their data analytics hub. This opportunity comes with a competitive salary, pension, bonus and healthcare.

Required:

• 8+ years’ relevant professional experience
• Front-end JavaScript implementation proficiency (preferably Angular)
• Preferable to have experience in embedding dashboards and visualizations created in BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.)
• Track Record of end-to-end applications
• Use of Data visualization libraries (e.g. D3) and knowledge on how to use them to build dashboards
• BI and Analytics implementation skills, i.e. MicroStrategy, Tableau, QlikSense & other BI products
• If you do not have exposure to those tools – no problem! The ideal candidate should have interest in learning them
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• Up-to-date on technology trends and industry thinking
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (e.g. Oracle), database and data warehouse design concepts
• Data Engineering skills – source systems, modelling, design, data pipelines to the front-end
• Experience in Python, R, Java or equivalent coding languages
• Loves the thrill of a good spreadsheet
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Business process knowledge
• Solution design
• Experience with issue tracking software solutions (e.g. JIRA).
