Do you have experience managing clients in a financial setting and looking for a new opportunity? Our client is looking for candidates with previous call centre experience. This is a chance to be part of a progressing team within an industry leading financial organization.
- Conduct inbound and outbound telephone activity on customer portfolios in arrears
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers, gathering information to validate repayment offers.
- Accurately update and amending account records on the company’s collection system.
- Meet objectives relating to quality call handling.
- Comply fully with the industries regulatory procedures directly relating to our client.
- This is a daily rate contract position.
- You will be in the mortgage / arrears team, responsible for dealing with customers over the phone.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and analytical ability.
- QFA qualification is also desirable but not mandatory.
