Key Role Objective(s) To work with the Governance, Risk and Compliance Team to ensure that all company operational activities are continually assessed to achieve information security and efficiency throughout the business and to ensure all activities remain compliant to company policy and to all relevant legislation. Core Responsibilities: The key responsibilities for this role are as follows: • Assist with security and compliance audits across an organization. • Assist with resolving issues related to information security • Provide written and verbal reports of audit findings • Assist with information security internal audits (e.g. ISO27001, PCI DSS, GDPR) and on key external service providers to ensure that all processes are in line with best practice standards. • Provide information security risk support on core services and during new projects implementation. • To analyse, document and highlight adherence to company Information Security policies and other ISO Standards. • Assist with vulnerability scans and penetration tests, assess and follow up on findings with the systems team • To assist with cyber and enterprise risk posture reviews of the business as part of the overall Risk Management system including BCDR • Work with the Data Protection Officer in relation to privacy and data related issues. • Work with Monitoring & Reporting Officer in relation to monthly performance reports • Assist with the ISMS and other Risk Registers (Perform risk assessments of business unit practices against selected Information Security control standards and previous audit results to identify gaps) and BCDR Key Competencies & Skills • Good working knowledge of ISO27001 requirements and ISO Standards in general • Ability to understand the business drivers and good understanding of the security issues • Strong communication and writing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. • Having knowledge sharing and collective performance as a part of the key drivers in management style
