Senior HRBP

 

The company is seeking a Senior HRBP to join our growing HR team. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Responsible for providing operational and advisory support to designated business units.

The Senior HR Business Partner will report into the Managing Director of HR. Responsibilities include the following:

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a partner, coach, and advisor to managers and leaders in the organizations you’ll support, helping them design and execute talent strategies for their growing teams.
  • Provide day to day support for employees and managers on advisory HR matters in a timely and accurate way. Examples include coaching and supporting managers as it pertains to performance management and professional development, assisting with employee issues, providing career guidance and mobility support to employees, liaising with employee relations and employment law as required, assisting with immigration/relocation processes, supporting special projects and assisting with the annual year-end processes (performance evaluations, promotion, and compensation), etc.
  • Proactively build relationships with managers and employees, coaching managers on providing feedback, teambuilding, career development, and also serve as a resource for employees.
  • Partner with members of the HR team to execute on people initiatives, and collaborate on building and improving processes.
  • Design and quickly implement solutions that are aligned with our core values as we continue to grow.
  • Proactively identify trends and suggest actions to reduce risk, provide proactive. guidance to managers that will ultimately improve the employee experience.
  • Perform other misc duties as backup – recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, benefits and payroll, etc. A true generalist who is willing to do what is needed for the business.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as an HRBP
  • The ideal candidate would have experience working with a FinTech company
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • A team player who loves to work together to solve problems
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile, with a service provider mindset
