Ability to run "as is" "to be" process definition workshops,
Need to be senior enough to challenge SME re just repeating the "As Is" yet still ok to delve into the detail and complete process maps,
The project is the replacement of an old in house built CRM system with Sales Force as the core solution with lots of custom builds around it,
Knowledge of payment processes and Sales Force would be advantageous but not mandatory,
Experience of defining Customer Journey's also advantageous,
