Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a leading financial technology company and be part of a growing team. They are looking for someone who has a strong interest in technology, is customer focused and has experience dealing with people and managing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for customer
  • Mange the onboarding of new clients
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients
  • Manage the roll-out and adoption of new features and functionality
  • Work with the product and technology teams on new product development
You:
  • 3-5 years experience in a client facing role
  • Strong data analytics and data manipulation skills
  • Ability to manage a corporate client relationship
  • Strong interest and understanding of technology and software
  • Organized and have the ability to multitask across several projects
  • Strong presentation skills
