Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a leading financial technology company and be part of a growing team. They are looking for someone who has a strong interest in technology, is customer focused and has experience dealing with people and managing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for customer
- Mange the onboarding of new clients
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients
- Manage the roll-out and adoption of new features and functionality
- Work with the product and technology teams on new product development
You:
- 3-5 years experience in a client facing role
- Strong data analytics and data manipulation skills
- Ability to manage a corporate client relationship
- Strong interest and understanding of technology and software
- Organized and have the ability to multitask across several projects
- Strong presentation skills
