Our client in Dublin is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join their people centric results driven organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Improving and expanding revenue retention rates
- Owning and building strong relationships with clients
- Delivering and improving on the customer success model in place
- Collaborating internally on the customer issues / concerns
- Maintain excellent and accurate customer contact records
You:
- Qualification relevant to customer success management
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience, ideally in a target-driven context
- Superbly organised, coordinate multiple and interdependent projects, manage time and priorities
- Interest and understanding of technology and software
- Experience of the digital learning industry (highly advantageous).
- Existing right to work in Ireland (Essential)
