Our client in Dublin is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join their people centric results driven organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Improving and expanding revenue retention rates
  • Owning and building strong relationships with clients
  • Delivering and improving on the customer success model in place
  • Collaborating internally on the customer issues / concerns
  • Maintain excellent and accurate customer contact records
You:
  • Qualification relevant to customer success management
  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience, ideally in a target-driven context
  • Superbly organised, coordinate multiple and interdependent projects, manage time and priorities
  • Interest and understanding of technology and software
  • Experience of the digital learning industry (highly advantageous).
  • Existing right to work in Ireland (Essential)
