Treasury and Financial Reporting Accountant (12-Month FTC)
Location: Flexible Hybrid Working & Dublin City Centre
Reporting To: Director of Finance and Corporate Services (DirFCS)
Our client is an organisation who provide high quality social and affordable housing to families and individuals in the Dublin area. It now operates in 28 schemes across Dublin and Kildare, providing housing to approved applicants on local authority housing waiting lists. It also provides facilities management services.
They work in partnership with tenants, statutory and community-based agencies to enable socially responsible, environmentally acceptable and sustainable communities in its developments.
Role Overview:
The Treasury and Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for managing our client's future growth plans. This
encompasses developing funding arrangements and ensuring any new business activity is financially viable.
You will be also responsible for the cash management and ensuring all non-rental income is collected and
accounted for. Leadership and team development are key skills that the successful candidate will possess.
They will work closely with the Financial Controller, both in terms of managing the finance team and
reporting.
