Background in general or life insurance • Understanding of business process modelling annotations (eg BPMN, UML) and ability to create process maps to industry standard • Ability to select the appropriate BA tools & techniques for projects and tasks depending on the methodology being used and the outcomes being sought • Understanding of both agile & waterfall project delivery methodologies • Experience of requirements gathering tools such as Jira, Miroboard, Quality Center etc. • Experience of working closely with 3rd parties / implementation partners / vendors
