We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join a software company in Dublin. This role can be done remotely from Ireland or the EU. It can also be done from their office in South Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients on the best ways to solve their issues using our
advanced technology
Input into all aspects of ensuring our partners get the most out of our technology, from initial engagement, right through to post go-live
Partner with the sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy
Gain comprehensive knowledge of our technology and be able to demonstrate how it solves individual customer pain points
Build strong relationships with both customers as well as internal product and engineering teams
Key Requirements:
A track record of top performance
Experience in interacting with customers and advising on technical solutions
An ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth start-up environment
Some experience in SaaS technology and/or AI
Experience with cloud computing and related technologies and practices
A self-starter mentality
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
