Project Manager (Payments)
6 month contract
Dublin based - will consider UK candidates who are willing to travel to Ireland from time to time - it will be mainly remote
Day rate Euro 600 per day (outside IR35 for UK candidates)

The Payments Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of major change programmes, from initiation to closure, to meet defined business and technical objectives within agreed time, cost and quality standards.
Governance Monitoring and Control
• Maintain an appropriate project governance structure and effective communication processes
• Follow the Bank`s standard project management framework, setting out the reporting, control and critical issue mechanisms and incorporating the necessary internal approval mechanisms as required
• Manage project issues, risks, assumptions, dependencies and change control within agreed processes to ensure delivery of project results within the agreed scope
• Manage the project budget, monitoring and reporting the costs against the delivered and realised benefits
• Provide the necessary reports on project status
Project Initiation
• Confirm the scope of a proposed project, and clearly define the objectives of the project

• Collate all information and produce and maintain the Project Documentation and Project Plans and agree these with associated Steering Committee
• Ensure robust standards are in place and in line with bank standards
Project Execution and Delivery
• Monitor the overall project progress, resolving issues, initiating corrective action and referring major issues upwards to the Programme Manager / Change Delivery Manager as appropriate
• Co-ordinate and foster teamwork and manage the knowledge and skills transfer within the project
• Manage the operational activities of partners
• Ensure robust estimates are in place and in line with industry standards
• Manage project deliverables and ensure that all project deliverables are to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and coherent with the overall project objectives and related business strategy
