Senior Project Manager 5 – 10 Years experience.  Financial Services Industry experience a big plus. IT Delivery or Change management experience. Builds and maintains a culture that fosters the integration of good governance and strong controls into all aspects of the Project Management Lifecycle. Capable to collaborate and consult with Shareholders on complex business problems and propose solutions.  Project Financial management, Status management, risk management and escalations. Work with Stakeholders to understand business requirements. Develop and agree change initiatives which can span multiple communities across the financial institute.  Understand and document business requirements and propose solutions.  Be a specialist resource for advice to stakeholders. Take ownership of goals, timelines and ensure project delivery on schedule . Able to use straightforward communication to connect and influence others, aligning with clients communication formats.  Coordinate multiple project particles, managing project leads in times of ambiguity and complex situations. Breaking a project down into understandable smaller sprints and being able to clearly communicate to project management team.  Has strong awareness and understanding of the financial regulatory framework . Communicate with Senior Management, C-suite/ Partner and adapt the style to suit audience in a clear and concise manner Understands the main risks associated with the project and / or impacted business processes  Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget and on time.  Execute matrix management with other project managers and coordinators.
