Business Analyst

Day rate 425 per day
Dublin North - hybrid

The core focus of the business analyst will be  on documenting and improving the companys critical processes. The analyst will need good initiative, analytical skills and ability to think through problems and apply considered judgement. The analyst should have excellent business process modelling skills, with the ability to understand systems and data. The use of SQL and VBA would be an advantage. The Analyst should have experience with structured problem-solving methodologies, which could be applied to our current operational processes.  The Analyst will need enthusiasm, an open mind and some energy market experience to meet the numerous challenges which will present in this role.     

Essential

• Experience of working with problem solving methodologies 
• Knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean) principles  
• Business Process Modelling/Mapping experience ?? 
• Advanced data and system experience  
• Previous Visio experience  
• Excellent organisation & communications skills, both written and oral? 
• Initiative and ability to take ownership of own work through to completion?? 
• Strong stakeholder management  
• The ability to understand core business processes & how they are enabled by related IT systems? 
• Attention to detail?
