ERP Implementation Consultant
Location: UK - Hybrid
Salary 60-70k per annum plus benefits

Candidate must have at least 5 years’ hands-on experience implementing mid-market ERP projects with expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules. We are looking for a dedicated individual with exceptional organisation and communication skills and ability to lead ERP implementation projects. ? Implement ERP project by adhering to organisation’s implementation methodology. ? Gather customer requirements and translate to the system's capabilities. ? Lead, manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously. ? Consult with customers on system configuration based on product and industry best practices. ? Advise customers of business implications of changes to processes and methods. ? Deliver training sessions, design workshops, process design documentation, system configuration, solution testing, and support. ? Assist customer in data migration activities and user acceptance testing. ? Facilitate touch points and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner. ? Timely delivery of project tasks and activities. ? Proactively communicate issues and risks to the project manager. ? Inform the project manager about tasks behind schedule or requiring additional effort. ? Participate in daily stand-up meetings conducted by project managers. ? Contribute to the development of best practices, project standards and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of implementations and team processes/policies/procedures. ? Maintain working knowledge of the ERP application, platform features and best practices. ? Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, product training and other strategic initiatives as needed.

The successful candidate will have: ? Minimum bachelor's degree. ? At least 5 years’ experience working with mid-market ERP. ? Cost Accounting certifications or qualifications desirable. ? Track record of implementing ERP Financial modules in different industries. ? Knowledge and experience of Epicor ERP will be a distinct advantage. ? Hand on experience in implementing Supply Chain and Finance modules. ? Good understanding of the requirements of the Manufacturing and Distribution sectors. ? Professional presence and demeanour in both communication and presentation skills. ? Self-starter requiring minimum supervision with enthusiastic can-do attitude. ? Solid time management skills. ? Ability to build and nurture customer relationships. ? Good technical skills including SQL, Data Migration and Report Writing. ? Travel requirements within UK and Ireland.
