| ROLE • Work with the Lead BA workstream and 3rd parties using agile delivery methodologies to support planning and identifying the business requirements which align to the overall business strategy • Gather requirements for the target operating model – work with the business and IT developers/3rd party vendors to clearly determine requirements for the customer and user needs • Learn new technologies and work with 3rd parties to establish clear requirements best fit for the customer and the Actors • Work with 3rd party vendors to capture and document requirements, business rules, process requirements and develop solutions to address pain points • Support translating requirements to user story form with BA’s and developers • Clearly document and articulate problem statements, options and drive decision making with stakeholders through workshops • Recommend improvements to increase product value • Analytic support to the Lead BA • Solution evaluation – work with technical and business teams to assess the performance of the value delivered by a solution • Testing – participates in testing integration, user acceptance functionality testing • Support readiness activities for go live |
