Day rate 400 per day outside IR35

You will be managing medium to large size complex Projects based on business needs; may include discretional transformational Projects/Programs
What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Manage complex projects within the framework and governance model in use at company
• Implement agile principles and techniques to enhance project delivery and efficiency
• Comprehensive Project definition, including scope, cost, time and quality estimates
• Building strong project teams, and establish excellent working relationships with project stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement among project stakeholders
• Preparing and maintaining up to date project plans and budget forecasts collaboratively with all key project team members
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management, proactively identifying and mitigating items to keep projects on track
• Manage scope, including change controls
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced Project Managers
• Initiate improvements to existing Project Management and Governance processes

•   Insurance industry and London Market experience is preferred

• Ability to provide innovative solutions based on strong understanding of business objectives
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, in delivering projects.
• Experience of benefits driven change and minimum viable product concepts
• Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe or LeSS, for large-scale project management.
• Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Prince 2, SCRUM Master or PMP Certification or equivalent is desirable
• Proficient user of project management tools for example PPM Tool, MS Project, MS Office Suite, Financial Tracking
