Account Executive – Private/Public/Commercial Lines

Responsibilities:

• Work across either Personal, Private, or Commercial Lines departments, securing renewals, processing amendments, cross-selling, and upselling across all product lines
• Manage renewals and client retention in line with targets
• Ensure completion of all aspects of Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison, and correspondence
• Maintain up-to-date files
• Manage clients across departments, handling renewals, MTA's, and queries related to Personal, Private, or Commercial Lines products
• Address all internal and external requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Build strong relationships across all teams, working collaboratively to achieve team targets
• Ensure compliance with all standards throughout the processes

• APA required
• CIP preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
