Are you a top-notch Programme Test Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results in the Financial Services sector? Look no further! Join our dynamic team in Dublin for an exciting 6 to 12-month contract. Financial Services sector experience and stakeholder management skills a huge plus! 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate internal teams, vendor partners, and stakeholders in delivering end-to-end programmes of work.
• Establish robust QA Governance and Validation processes for all deliverables.
• Ensure smooth data migration and onboarding projects, providing guidance and stakeholder management.
• Direct the full QA project-life cycle and set high standards for assignments and applications.
• Plan, design, and develop Quality frameworks and Test processes to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification.

Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management in a multi-vendor setting.
• Innovative and bold thinker, implementing QA best practices.
• Experience with Finastra/Fusion Invest or similar solutions.
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile, E2E Integration, and UAT Testing.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA/Xray).

Experience:

• Deep knowledge of the finance domain and complex IT programmes.
• Extensive experience in quality assurance methodologies and management.
• Skilled in change control procedures and requirements traceability.
• Proven ability to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
