Head of Projects

As the Head of Projects, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of clients and the successful execution of implementation projects. Your leadership will drive a high-performing team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Utilize your Project delivery and implementation experience to provide expert insights and best practices to both the team and clients.
• Define and maintain implementation processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a point of escalation and resolution for any implementation-related concerns.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
