Use your personal experience with Agile delivery to take advantage of its strengths and mitigate its potential risks Tailor the process to the team and the project circumstances Work with our clients and PM to manage the scope of the delivery and build a delivery plan Actively monitor and mitigate project risk Report project status to client and Adaptive stakeholders, and communicate transparently Actively manage the client’s expectations Make assumptions explicit and create a document trail for important decisions taken throughout the engagement. In that same spirit, help onboard new team members and facilitate handover MANAGE THE PROJECT BACKLOG: Help stakeholders in making their vision for the product come true Convey that vision to the team for alignment purposes, and so they can make holistic design decisions that will support the delivery Create & maintain a backlog of deliverable stories for the team Be the stakeholders’ proxy in the team, able to make quick, firm decisions when it comes to scope, requirements and prioritization/triage Involve team members when their perspective can bring value, including times when it can support scope and priority decisions Follow up during the implementation and testing phases to ensure delivery satisfies the requirements
