Finance Systems Analyst - SAP Business One

Primary Location: Limerick & Hybrid, with offices across Leinster and Munster.
Post probation the candidate can work more flexibly between offices and remotely.

General Responsibilities & Role Overview:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the upgrade and maintenance of our in-house ERP system.
• Present monthly findings, pinpoint areas for process enhancements, and drive process efficiency.
• Establish internal guidelines and policies for ERP platform usage.
• Cultivate relationships with external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting standards, policies, and procedures, including treasury approvals.
• Identify avenues for enhancing financial processes through automation, system improvements, or workflow redesign.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and continuously optimize operations.
• Deliver training and support to accounting system end-users, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of the software.
• Actively contribute to our Graduate Accountant Development Plan.

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Profound financial analysis and problem-solving abilities, characterized by a proactive, solution-driven approach.
