Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Galway
Salary: 40k base, 30k variable. Plus benefits

Job Description:

You will play a vital role in ensuring customers' satisfaction and success. Our client is looking for a passionate customer advocate with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will know how to build strong relationships, how to understand customers' needs and pain points, and be committed to ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end to end management of high value direct customers from onboarding to renewal
  • Provide technical training, product education and support to your key accounts.
  • Act as a point of escalation for your accounts. 
  • Manage your At-Risk accounts to ensure you hit your revenue retention targets. 
  • Drive Customer Success initiatives aimed at increasing renewal, reducing churn and maximizing the adoption of purchased technology/subscription services. 
  • Actively grow your accounts across key metrics such as retention, engagement, and revenue to increase the lifetime value of our customer base. 
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for the sales team to cross- and up-sell to your accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and provide regular reports on status.
You:
  • 5 years’ experience in Account management / Customer Success.
  • Experience in a technical role, a SaaS?or software-based company would be advantageous.
  • Results focused with a proven ability to manage and deliver revenue targets.
  • Ability to understand technical products and issues.
  • Good presentation skills with the ability to present to varying audiences.
