Senior Software Engineer - 12 month contract 
€550+ per day DOE
Dublin, Hybrid 

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong Java and cloud expertise. You'll be involved in creating and debugging J2EE REST Web Services and Web Applications and will have experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (React / Angular / Vue.js). Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.


Key Requirements: 

• Develop applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with strong Agile knowledge.
• Expertise with Eclipse or IntelliJ and the ability to compile, deploy and execute code artifacts
• Understanding of secure coding best practices
• Experience integrating vendor and open-source products into an overall system
• Experience with cloud software development (PCF, Azure)

• Knowledge of advanced authentication techniques on mobile and web-based platforms
• A wide breadth and depth of technical experience including Tomcat, shell scripting, JSON, multi-threading, Maven, Linux, SQL, Pivotal, Kafka and Spring framework tech stack
• Advanced skills and knowledge of Spring.
• Cloud Development Experience PCF, AWS, Azure
• Proven experience developing Microservices
