Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in consulting and expertise in Finastra solutions to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to help our clients navigate the evolving landscape of the financial services sector. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations that drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and provide expert guidance on leveraging Finastra solutions to meet their needs.

2. Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

3. Consulting Expertise: Apply your extensive consulting experience to develop and deliver solutions that align with industry best practices and client goals.

4. Finastra Solutions: Leverage your expertise in Finastra software and solutions to recommend, implement, and optimize Finastra products to enhance client operations.

5. Project Management: Lead and participate in project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.

6. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.

7. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial services consulting.
• Strong expertise in Finastra solutions and products.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering consulting projects for financial institutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
