Finance Analyst - FP&A

Location: Dublin & Remote 
Working Model: The successful candidate may combine remote / smart working within the jurisdiction, with attendance at base for in-person collaboration, the frequency of which is agreed with the manager and subject to ongoing review.??

Salary: €60,000 to €67,000 (DOE)

Join our dynamic finance team as a Finance Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You'll work closely with business leaders to drive financial excellence and contribute to staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze Business Unit monthly reports.
• Report financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and 5-year plans.
• Address ad hoc queries and support decision-making.
• Contribute to FP&A improvement projects.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT proficiency and financial systems understanding.
