Joined e-Frontiers in 2017 to help different clients find IT profiles, and recently moved to an internal role where she is helping the company use its technology, onboarding, and processes projects. Cristina holds a degree in Psychology (UAM) specializing in Human Resources and Organisations (UAM).
Cristina's areas of expertise are recruitment, sourcing, database and process management, and understanding of new technology in the recruitment/ talent acquisition space.
