Finance & Office Administrator - Part Time
This role is a part-time position for 3 days a week on-site.

With a strong commitment to quality and excellence, we are seeking a Finance & Office Administrator to join our team and help us maintain the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
As a Finance & Office Administrator at, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and administrative aspects of our business run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Preparing and processing invoices and expense reports.
- Reconciling financial statements and bank accounts.
- Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Handling payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Supporting the finance team in various financial tasks.
- Welcoming visitors, clients, and suppliers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
- Assisting in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
