If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as the ERP Delivery Manager.
As the ERP Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of clients and the successful execution of implementation projects. The ERP Delivery team is responsible for over 70 clients in 14 countries and has ambitious growing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ERP Delivery Department procedures, policies and standards to establish and ensure a successful delivery process
- Responsible for accurate records within their department to display efficient, productive and profitable performance of resources
- Recruit, mentor and develop consulting staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas for improvement
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Report on departmental performance of key metrics to the Senior Managers as required
- Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating and staffing to deliver a profitable and efficient service within defined budgets
- Initiate programs that will lead to increased effectiveness, productivity & profitability at a departmental level
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures that will help the business perform at "Best-in-Class" levels
- Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees
- Set appropriate targets and goals for direct employees
- Ensure all necessary training and certification is in place and up to date
- Develop and implement the necessary processes and check points to ensure that software is developed to industry standards and is quality assured

- Extensive experience in ERP implementation
- The role holder will be commercially astute, articulate, technically strong insightful and influential with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience in running and managing an ERP delivery team
- Operations mindset with continuous improvement and change management at their core
- Exceptional man management, communication skills written and verbal at all levels
- Background in software development, Project Management and implementation of large ERP projects
- Experienced in all software implementation methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Dev Ops, etc.
- Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
- High integrity and openness combined with commitment to best in class processes and systems
- Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong team player
- Current drivers licence
