Inside Sales Rep (Managed Services)

Are you looking for a chance to work with an online, cloud and datacentre services company who have partnerships with leading global IT providers including Microsoft, VMWare, Dell, IBM and Fortinet?

Our client are looking for an experienced inside sales representative to deliver solutions to business of all sizes. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, working closely with the sales and technical teams, providing clients with tailored IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect and nurture leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, etc
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Develop an in depth understanding of our clients IT services and solutions, being able to communicate these to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams
You:
  • Previous experience in a phone based inside sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong IT knowledge and experience
  • Relevant bachelors level degree
