IT Solution Enterprise Architect

Dublin Hybrid
Day rate: Circa700 per day

MUST HAVE CONTACT CENTRE EXPERIENCE- : 7+ years experience in a Solution Architect role, where 2+ years experience must relate to contact centre type projects and where this experience partly comprises of at least two (2) completed contact centre solution implementations




Previous experience of working with cloud-based contact centre solutions;

Experience in the creation, maintenance and management of ICT architecture models and their lower level components;

Experience in interpret, use and applying information contained within ICT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of ICT support systems;

Experience in ensuring that the overall ICT architecture is maintained in a coherent manner and that appropriate considerations are made for its security and quality;

Experience in ensuring the respective business, application, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organisations’ technology and governance strategies, policies and standards;

An Open Group Architecture Framework (“TOGAF”) certification or equivalent; and

Previous experience of working with cloud-based contact centre solutions.
