Key Responsibilities:
Public Sector Tenders: Identify, analyze, and respond to tender opportunities within central and local governments, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with client objectives and unique selling points.
Cross-Sector Relationship Sales: Support efforts to expand revenue streams by applying strategic insights across various sectors.
Vendor Management: Facilitate communication with vendor partners and associates to enhance collaboration during the tender process.
Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to ensure smooth coordination and accountability throughout the tender process.
Multi-Tasking and Delegation: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, delegating tasks as needed to optimize workflow.
Reporting and Tracking: Provide regular status reports and maintain proposal CRM systems to track progress and outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field.
Proven experience in tender development and proposal writing, especially within the public sector.
Strong understanding of strategy, operations improvement, and ESG principles. Excellent project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Skills:
Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in relationship-based sales preferred.
Knowledge of Irish public sector procurement processes is advantageous.
