HR Business Partner

Location: Flexible (Head office is Sandyford, Dublin or new office opening in Santry, Dublin)
Hybrid working: 1 day a week in the office but may be more as required. 
Salary + Bonus + Benefits on offer.


About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in championing an environment of trust, dignity, and respect, aligned with company values. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll collaborate closely with employees, management, and key stakeholders to implement business strategies from a people perspective.

Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:

  • Foster strong working relationships across business units, providing solid HR support and guidance on people topics.
  • Collaborate with People Leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture and assist in talent identification and development.
  • Support management on various HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, and absence management.
  • Utilize data to identify people-related priorities and propose solutions, ensuring best practices across the HR team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an HR BP role.
  • CIPD Qualified with strong Business Acumen.
Person Specification:
  • Extensive knowledge of Irish employment law and its practical application.
  • Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-focused, determined, and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions.
