Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the identification and conversion of opportunities within the Customer Experience solutions portfolio.
  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas by converting sales leads through effective customer relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain future business growth by winning business within the Customer Experience space.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations or demonstrations as required.
  • Align our solutions with clients' strategic needs to maximize value.
  • Build and maintain a rich opportunity pipeline to accurately forecast future quarters, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and channel partners to drive opportunities, revenue generation, and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Ensure a strong and trusting relationship with clients, providing expert advice for best-in-class solutions.

Capabilities & Skills Required:

  • Proven analytical, detailed, and results-focused approach with a history of increasing sales and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all departments effectively.
  • Comfortable presenting to board rooms and liaising with C-Suite and director level partners. 
  • Demonstrated planning and organisation skills, with proficiency in sales and finance software, CRM systems, and database management.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and forecasting skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with extensive experience in field sales within the Contact Centre market space.


  • A minimum of 7 years’ sales experience, ideally selling into the commercial sector with knowledge across Voice, Unified Communications, Connectivity, and Contact Centres.
  • Experience dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders is essential.
