Job Title: Vendor Performance Management Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid Work Model)
Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Our client is looking for a Vendor Performance Management Specialist to join their team in London. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic insurance company.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Ensuring that Vendor management oversight is happening in line with Group Vendor Management policy and strategy.
  • Day to day relationship management of Vendors and Outsourced Service Providers
  • Dealing with all queries, ensuring agreed actions are carried out and escalating issues as they arise;
  • Facilitating Client Service Meetings between Monument and the vendor
  • Reviewing Management Information received from Vendors each month and sharing insights with stakeholders
  • Ensuring processes and risk controls are in place to minimise incidents and breaches within our vendors;
  • Working closely with vendor on-boarding
  • Proactively identifying and managing risk and contributing to risk reporting
  • Supporting the development and roll-out of continuous improvement and regulatory change projects.
You:
 
  • 5+ years’ experience within insurance or other financial services industries.
  • A strong understanding of service contracts, managing contract obligations and monitoring performance SLAs;
  • Strong working knowledge of a variety of insurance products.
  • Experience working within an outsourced operations environment;
  • Knowledge of the European insurance market (desirable)
