Account Executive (CPQ Sales)
Germany - Remote
Permanent, Full-time 

My client is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial account executive experienced in CPQ selling to lead sales activities across the DACH region. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales process, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and Microsoft to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver both custom and standard pre-sales demonstrations to partners and end-users.
  • Work closely with the Partner Director, MS Alliance Director, and Marketing team to foster and enhance partner relationships.
  • Attend industry tradeshows and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Follow up on direct inbound opportunities and generate referrals to boost sales in the designated territory.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in CPQ SaaS-software sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and business analysis.
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics and/or Salesforce ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience in preparing client proposals.
  • Ability to travel as required for meetings, partner collaboration, and industry events. 
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in preparing detailed client proposals and conducting impactful product demonstrations.
