Day to day responsibilities:
Skills and expertise:
- Serve as the Salesforce CRM's subject expert and systems administrator to aid the company in achieving its highest levels of efficiency and scale.
- Work with several teams on implementation and integration projects to hone user roles, rights, and controls.
- Provide our business partners with excellent internal assistance for system challenges, such as system availability and performance optimization.
- Analyse system problems, choose appropriate options, and put them into practise quickly.
- Utilize automations and system tools to evaluate and streamline corporate operations.
- Create requirements documents, create various reports or queries, and analyse them. Create internal system design reports for management and audit needs.

- Certified as a Salesforce.com Admin
- Strong familiarity with the Sales and Service Cloud
- Ability to design and carry out new procedures while promoting user adoption.
- The capacity to create custom views, formula fields, and other content of medium complexity
- SFDC Security capabilities, utilising Profiles, Roles, Permissions, and Sharing Settings, are well understood.
- Knowing how to effectively promote system changes from Development to Production using Change Management techniques
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com's standard practises and features
- Strong data movement, administration, and manipulation skills
- Track record of being able to comprehend, communicate, and document complicated needs.
