Cristina brings 5 years of experience in recruitment, using recruitment tech and its best practices. Joined e-Frontiers in 2017 to help different clients find IT profiles, and recently moved to an internal role where she is helping the company use its technology, onboarding, and processes projects. Alfonso is a Recruitment Consultant based in our Madrid office who specialises in Infrastructure, QA, and sales jobs. Alfonso has over 6 years’ of experience in recruitment. His goals in this area are to make an impact on people’s lives by finding them their perfect match in their professional careers. Alfonso holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
