Brendan is co-founder and Managing Director of e-Frontiers. Prior to setting up e-Frontiers, Brendan worked at VISION Consulting for over 11 years having joined as a graduate. With VISION Consulting he delivered IT consultancy expertise from programming, analysis, business design through to project and programme management across numerous industry sectors including financial services, insurance, telecoms and sports/entertainment. Brendan holds a B.Comm (UCD), MBS (Smurfit School of Business - UCD) and a Diploma in IT (NUI Maynooth).
Patrick is co-founder and Director of e-Frontiers and has over 14 years commercial IT experience. Patrick's experience has mainly been consultancy (technical and analysis) based working within various industries, such as Insurance, Banking, Telecoms, Retail and Change Management . He was worked on numerous projects with specific focus around the data aspect of projects. Projects involved dealing with large amounts of data, data modelling, performance tuning, ETL processes and BI Reporting needs. His roles included those of senior developer, technical lead and systems analyst to project manager on many projects.
Kenneth O’Connor is the Head of Contracting (UK & Ireland) at E-Frontiers. Kenny is a very experienced IT recruitment specialist with over 10 years of experience in both recruitment and tech sales. Kenny currently leads the E-Frontiers Contracting division while also managing E-Frontiers UK, helping our clients secure the talent required to drive their growth plans. Kenny’s specialist areas of expertise cover all aspects of contract recruitment across the full IT lifecycle, Finance, Compliance and multiple other areas. He holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Limerick and is the Vice-Chair of the London Irish Business Society.
Tommy Kavanagh is one of our most experienced recruitment specialists. Tommy hails from Co. Tipperary. He is now based in New York and has been E-Frontiers' North American Team Lead since our New York office opened in 2017. His focus is on several key resourcing areas across financial services, FinTech, consulting, and construction jobs. Tommy's role includes business development in these key areas, account management of active clients, and leading the recruitment offering for the region. Tommy and his team have worked hard to establish a very strong ex-pat network base in the United States, something that is continually growing and proving to be a valuable resource. Tommy holds degrees in Business, Sport & Exercise, and Software Development & Engineering. In his spare time, Tommy is an avid GAA fan and player. He is currently PRO and Assistant Secretary for the New York GAA Board and Secretary of the Tipperary New York hurling club.
Alexandra Pop is the Recruitment Operations Manager at E-Frontiers. She has lived in Ireland for over 12 years and has amassed an in-depth knowledge of recruitment and the IT landscape. Alex is responsible for implementing and driving efficient recruitment practices across the IT and business areas in Ireland, UK, and Romania. She is currently leading an excellent team of recruitment specialists, helping them maximize their candidate sourcing and placing potential across the full breadth of IT and business jobs. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Project Management and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Managing Performance at UCD Smurfit. Alex has managed the E-Frontiers recruitment teams for the last 5 years. In her spare time, Alexandra is an active player and recruitment coordinator for the Portdara ladies rugby club.
Teresa is the Team Lead at E-Frontiers Spain which was established in 2013 and has grown its presence in the market steadily since then. Teresa is an exceptional Senior Recruitment Consultant with over 8 years of experience. She has a super track record of recruiting senior JavaScript & .NET Software Engineers and Engineering Managers for a range of start-ups and large multinationals across multiple industries. Teresa is passionate about ethical recruitment- finding the best candidates for clients and making the process a great experience for both parties. Roxana Sandu is our Contractor Onboarding Specialist, starting in this role in 2022. She is based in our office in Bucharest. Roxana has been with E-Frontiers for over 10 years, previously recruiting for multinationals, SMEs, and startups in both Romania and Ireland, where she lived for 7 years. In her current role, Roxana ensures a seamless and efficient transition for contractors into their new companies. Roxana is responsible for all aspects of contract management for renewals and new placements, including letters of engagement, payment terms, payroll, timesheets and database management. She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (French).
Trish is a Principal Recruitment Consultant and Contracts Manager with E-Frontiers. She has over 24 years of experience in IT and management recruitment. She holds a diploma in Business Studies from Michael Smurfit UCD, a degree in Sociology from the National College of Ireland, and a certificate in Industrial Law. Trish is a veritable expert on all aspects of contracting and will skillfully guide you through the process from start to end. Trish recruits senior Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Automation Test Engineers.
Anca is a Principal Recruitment Consultant and brings exceptional value to both her candidates and clients by offering end-to-end services. He has also gained valuable on-site client recruitment experience from various recruitment projects. John studied Business Studies at Dublin Business School. Leah is from Co. Kilkenny and is based in our London office. She joined our E-Frontiers UK team as a recruitment consultant in 2022. She specialises in IT jobs for Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and System Analysts. She has previous experience working in sales and the healthcare industry. She has recently completed a Professional Diploma in Sales Management at UCD Professional Academy. Outside of work, Leah enjoys sport, especially Camogie and Gaelic Football.
Paula joined E-Frontiers in 2022 when she moved back to Ireland after 7 years living in New Zealand. She is an IT recruitment consultant Specialising in IT jobs in PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java and Mobile Development. Paula’s strengths lie in her focus on effective communication, high levels of delivery, and an understanding of both the client‘s and candidate’s needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Deirdre joined e-Frontiers as a Recruitment Consultant, having worked in recruitment for 9 years in Salesforce and a time in Cpl recruitment. Deirdre gained experience in Salesforce within all sectors of HR & Recruitment, starting as HR admin and progressing to recruitment coordination to headhunting SaaS salespeople within the UKI, Benelux, and Nordic regions. Prior to this, Deirdre gained experience in digital marketing and the hospitality sector. She holds a CIPD in HRM from the National College of Ireland and a B.Sc in Hospitality Management DIT. Deirdre is looking after the Data desk and is responsible for hiring Data Engineers, BI Data Engineers, Data Architect, Principle Data Engineers, and DBAs.
