We offer advice on the current market and potential options the candidate might have. From our engagement, we are looking to build a long-term trustful relationship with the candidate.

If the candidate decides that they would like to move forward with an opportunity e-Frontiers has proposed, we endeavour to represent the candidate as honestly and as truthfully as possible. We continue regular communication with the candidate throughout the process, helping with interview preparation, providing timely feedback, taking an active role in any negotiation at the offer stage.
