e-Frontiers (Dublin) was established in Dublin in 2006. The founders (three) of e-Frontiers all come from a business background that was immersed in technology, people and processes and it was built on this domain expertise (technology) with the aim of servicing companies across all industries, in the supply of permanent and contract/temporary technical resources.
Since 2006 e-Frontiers has grown to include other non-technical resourcing and had broadened geographically with operations now in Dublin, London, Madrid, New York and Bucharest.

Our office is centrally located (12 Camden Row, Dublin 8) where we continue to engage with companies in Dublin and all across Ireland.
Brendan is co-founder and Managing Director of e-Frontiers. Prior to setting up e-Frontiers, Brendan worked at VISION Consulting for over 11 years having joined as a graduate. With VISION Consulting he delivered IT consultancy expertise from programming, analysis, business design through to project and programme management across numerous industry sectors including financial services, insurance, telecoms and sports/entertainment. Brendan holds a B.Comm (UCD), MBS (Smurfit School of Business - UCD) and a Diploma in IT (NUI Maynooth).
Patrick is co-founder and Director of e-Frontiers and has over 14 years commercial IT experience. Patrick's experience has mainly been consultancy (technical and analysis) based working within various industries, such as Insurance, Banking, Telecoms, Retail and Change Management . He was worked on numerous projects with specific focus around the data aspect of projects. Projects involved dealing with large amounts of data, data modelling, performance tuning, ETL processes and BI Reporting needs. His roles included those of senior developer, technical lead and systems analyst to project manager on many projects.
Vincent is co-founder and Director of e-Frontiers. Vincent has over 15 years commercial software engineering experience in the Dublin market. The majority of his experience has been using Java technologies, C++ and SQL. He has worked for financial institutions, AIB and Aviva and also founded a technology start in 2000. Vincent founded e-Frontiers due to the poor experience he had with traditional recruitment companies. The Recruitment team uses Vincent IT knowledge to save clients time in the recruitment process, and offer a better service to candidates.
Nigel is a qualified Management Accountant with over 20 years of experience across a range of industries including Manufacturing, telecoms, retail, software, and recruitment both within the Corporate and SME sectors. He has held a range of varied positions up to Financial Director. Nigel holds a BComm (UCD), MBS (Smurfit School of Business), and a TMITI from the Institute of Taxation. He joined e-Frontiers in 2013 to manage the newly created division of e-Frontiers Business which caters for a range of skillsets including Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Success & Support, and HR. Currently, Nigel is Commercial Manager for Ireland, responsible for Account Management and Business Development, and General Manager for e-Frontiers Business.
Alexandra Pop is the Recruitment Operations Manager at E-Frontiers. She has lived in Ireland for over 12 years and has amassed an in-depth knowledge of recruitment and the IT landscape. Alex is responsible for implementing and driving efficient recruitment practices across the IT and business areas in Ireland, UK, and Romania. She is currently leading an excellent team of recruitment specialists, helping them maximize their candidate sourcing and placing potential across the full breadth of IT and business jobs. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Project Management and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Managing Performance at UCD Smurfit. Alex has managed the E-Frontiers recruitment teams for the last 5 years. In her spare time, Alexandra is an active player and recruitment coordinator for the Portdara ladies rugby club.
Trish is a Principal Recruitment Consultant and Contracts Manager with E-Frontiers. She has over 24 years of experience in IT and management recruitment. She holds a diploma in Business Studies from Michael Smurfit UCD, a degree in Sociology from the National College of Ireland, and a certificate in Industrial Law. Trish is a veritable expert on all aspects of contracting and will skillfully guide you through the process from start to end. Trish recruits senior Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Automation Test Engineers.
Anca is a Principal Recruitment Consultant and brings exceptional value to both her candidates and clients by offering end-to-end services. Anca has a superb track record of hiring software engineers for a range of clients, from start-up companies to large multinationals across multiple industries. Anca offers great support to her candidates to enable them to succeed in their interviewing process for both contract and permanent IT jobs. She is superb at matching a candidate's skills and needs to meet her client's requirements. She focuses on the IT jobs such as Java – Backend or Full stack, C# / .Net – Backend or Full Stack, C/C++/embedded, Middleware, and Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce. Anca holds a degree in Social Work from the University of Bucharest.
John brings over 18 years' experience as a recruitment specialist to the E-Frontiers team. He is one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants in the Technical Infrastructure Division of E-Frontiers and has been with the company since 2012. He has worked with many of Ireland’s leading IT companies and has experience in sourcing technical candidates across all levels. He has also gained valuable on-site client recruitment experience from various recruitment projects. John studied Business Studies at Dublin Business School. He prides himself on his professional and logical approach to recruitment. John's focus within IT jobs is on Infrastructure support, Cyber Security, IT Service Delivery, Linux engineers, Network Engineers, and any other IT jobs that fall into the Infrastructure Support area.
Elisa Cullen is a Recruitment Consultant at E-Frontiers based in Dublin. Elisa has been with us for over a year now having previously worked as an Account Manager in the retail sector. Her calm, friendly, and patient personality is a winner with her candidates and clients. Elisa is currently recruiting for a range of IT jobs such as designers -Graphic, UX/IU, Technical Writers/ Content Developers, and Product Manager/Product Owners, for companies in a variety of different industries. She completed her undergraduate degree in International languages (Spanish & French) at University College Dublin in 2017.
Ciaran is a Recruitment Consultant who brings previous sales, financial and hospitality experience to the team. Joining E-Frontiers in 2021, Ciaran’s areas of expertise are Sales and Marketing jobs, and he is part of the business team responsible for recruiting for Business Development Managers, Sales and Business Development Reps, Marketing Managers & Heads of Marketing across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree (Psychology) from Dublin Business School. In his spare time, Ciaran enjoys playing cards and is a big football fan.
Lisa is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with E-Frontiers, joining us in 2021. Lisa is part of the permanent software engineering and data team based in Dublin, responsible for hiring software engineers. Her focus is on IT jobs for Frontend, Full Stack, Adobe, and Python Developers. She has several years of experience in a mix of sectors and customer-facing roles in recruitment, relocation, and research. Lisa holds an MBA in General Business from Dublin Business School and a B.A in Languages from UCD. Outside of work, Lisa loves to travel, enjoys pilates, and has a passion for cooking and baking.
John is an experienced Technical Recruiter with more than 5 years of experience recruiting in the Tech Industry hiring Software Engineers from start-ups to multinationals. John began his career in CPL in 2009, then spent 1.5 years working in Sydney, Australia and has been with e-Frontiers since 2012. John has a Degree in Business Studies from DIT and a Masters in HRM from DCU. At the moment, John is leading an excellent team of 5 Technical Recruiters developing their skills and helping them maximise their sales potential. John is heavily focused on Client Relationship Management and also hires Software Engineers who specialise in Python and C++.
Conor joined E-Frontiers in 2022 as an Accounting and Finance Recruitment Consultant. He is based in London but manages roles across Ireland and the UK. He is responsible for recruitment in the areas of Accounting & Finance, Finance Systems, HR, and Compliance & Financial Crime, connecting professionals with a range of industries including IT, manufacturing, retail, consulting firms and financial services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Limerick. Conor also has extensive experience in the retail sector, working in customer-facing roles in sales, customer support, logistics, and warehouse management. Outside of recruitment, Conor’s other passion is sport – particularly GAA. He hails from Co. Kilkenny and is a current panelist with the London GAA Senior Hurling Team. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys watching soccer.
Paula joined E-Frontiers in 2022 when she moved back to Ireland after 7 years living in New Zealand. She is an IT recruitment consultant Specialising in IT jobs in PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java and Mobile Development. Paula’s strengths lie in her focus on effective communication, high levels of delivery, and an understanding of both the client‘s and candidate’s needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Paula’s previous experience in physiotherapy and in-house recruitment roles means she possesses excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Paula is an avid reader with her kindle never being too far away! She also loves to keep fit in the gym and running.

The goals are to show high-quality services and benefits that e-Frontiers have brought to clients. In addition, marketing performance helps to connect talent in IT, Business, and Medical with recruitment specialists who support them to find their dream job and coach successful interviews.
Eddie joined the E-Frontiers team as a Recruitment Consultant in 2022 and has brought a wealth of experience to the team from his previous roles in customer services and relationship management. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree From Atlantic Technological University Sligo. Eddie is recruiting for a range of roles including Customer Success, Customer Service/Support, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering. Outside of work, Eddie has a passion for all sports. He enjoys watching GAA and soccer, plays golf, and is a keen runner, having ran 2 marathons with the hope of doing more in the future.
Brian is an IT recruitment consultant with E-Frontiers who specialises in IT jobs such as DevOps roles, Cloud Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and Test Engineers. He is based in our Galway office. Brian is a charismatic and friendly professional who thrives on networking and building sustainable relationships. He holds a BA degree in Accounting & Finance and has extensive work experience in education and management. Outside of recruitment, Brian has a passion for sports such as Gaelic Football, Golf, and supporting Liverpool football club to name a few.
Colette joined E-Frontiers as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator working on executive roles. In September 2022, she joined our marketing team as the Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist. She works with our recruiters on the company and team branding and awareness to attract the best talent for our open roles. Colette has more than 15 years of experience working in the Irish media and advertising industry. She has worked with many multinational clients and brands, holding a variety of Media Planning and Account Director roles in advertising agencies. Colette Holds a BA in Business & Politics from Trinity College, Dublin, a Diploma in Media Studies from Technological University Dublin, and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the UCD Professional Academy. Outside of marketing, Colette plays tennis and loves to travel and paint. She’s also a big sports fan, especially GAA.
Gabor is specialized in Digital and Manufacturing related roles within the Technology sector. He has been exposed to these roles as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist at unicorn startups, and well-established international corporates. Gabor’s main expertise is related to generating suitable applicants with creative and innovative sourcing strategies and improving the candidate experience whilst reducing time-to-hire. In his free time, you might find him up in the mountains riding his bike.
