Partner Operations Specialist

Our client is looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth running of their partner ecosystem and drive the success of their agency partnerships. This dynamic role requires a proactive mindset and excellent organizational skills, making it a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner & Agency Field Support: Act as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, guiding them through resources and solving issues swiftly using tools like Zendesk, Slack, and our partner portal.
  • Partner Onboarding: Manage the initial setup of new agency partners in Salesforce, ensuring a seamless start to our collaboration.
  • Program Benefit Enablement: Oversee the creation of developer accounts and partner directory listings, maintaining clear communication with partners throughout the process.
  • Partner Commission Management: Administer our incentive automation platform for tracking and processing partner commissions and referrals.
  • Monthly Auditing and Reporting: Conduct detailed audits of partner commissions and generate insightful monthly reports to help optimize our partner operations.

What We Require:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and ZenDesk.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects with strategic business acumen.
